Some of these posts are pretty disturbing. Kimbo has progressed very little since his days of beating up overweight bouncers in parking lots. He certainly will get more MMA fights, but he will NEVER be close to a well rounded MMA fighter. He should continue to fight guys who are stand up fighters. He's gonna get absolutely worked when he fights anyone with a sound BJJ background or anything comparable to that.

So I KNOW Kimbo personally, and all his "people" we are all friends. I can tell you for sure, there was no throwing the fight on Cantrell's part. He took the fight on short notice, and didn't think he was going to get hit as hard as he did. Kimbo has been training for MONTHS w/ Bas Ruton and Bo took the fight on 1 month's notice, props to Bo, he was a good sport, but just went up against a guy who can hit too hard... probably scared him.

Wow, that was the most pathetic MMA fight I have ever seen. How much did Cantrell get to take a dive there?

I've seen this Kimbo guy fight twice in street fights. He kinda beat up the first guy, but got absolutely worked in the other one. Worst thing was, everytime his opponent got him in a bad position, Kimbo's buddies step into to seperate him and give him a chance at survival.

Would like to see him against a real MMA fight. Kinda think the same thing will happen to him in what happened to Tank Abbot against Brandon Vera.
