Training for someone who's supposed to take you down to the ground and going up against a Karate Fighter completely demonstrates that Kimbo is not an all round fighter. He only does what he was trained to do. Since hie did not train properly for this one he did nothing out there. I laughed my ass off when I saw the debacle. Looks like a great formula to help keep EliteXC around a little while longer.

Anonymous said...: Guys, if you only knew what really happened. I'm not going to spill all the beans but I was there when Shamrock got hurt. He got hurt early in the day like 5pm. Went to the hospital and got stitches. He was not at the stadium when he was hurt and there were no on-site doctors available. That's why he went to the hospital. As soon as the production crew found out that he was hurt, they still wanted him to fight but the doctor who was at the event did not clear him. It then gets interesting as the doctor and Ken were offered money so Ken could go in and take a dive. Ken pussied out and they had to get Seth in last minute. Seth was already scheduled to fight Aaron Rose that day at 205lbs. Anyway, Ken recorded an interview and went back to his hotel by 8am... he didn't even stay at the event. Seth did not take a dive as everyone thought he was going to lose... even he said that he was going to need a wheelchair after Kimbo was done with him.... It was a crazy night. BTW, all the fighters were cool as hell but Tito Ortiz and Ken Shamrocks were the biggest assholes. Even Ken's wife was a total bitch. He needs to get out of the game... the man has 7 kids!!! Shogun Rua is fighting Mark Coleman in January. Shogun looks really out of shape. Gina is really a nice person. Sweet, beautiful and tough... what a package! This totally destroyed boxing, and in time will destroy mma. Thats why i was ultra mad when they destroyed pride, cuz i knew mma would suffer in the long run.
