Like to see the annoying huggers get theirs, but I was worried about McDaniels for a while there. Odd matchup anyhoo, tall hugger vs short whacker.
Helluva knee
Damn eliteXC sucks hard.
This referee was clueless!
It's obvious the guy isn't gonna make it, he keeps moaning for christ sake.
This was a great fight. My hats off to both of these fighters and anyone who has the determination to train and the courage to step in the ring/cage. What disgusts me is the ignorant fans who would chant USA USA at a fight because the opponent happens to be Russian. The Cold War is over. Keep the bullshit REDNECK politics out of this sport. They should have some respect.
I give Manley all the benefit of the doubt, but how could that be a groin shot when he hit mcdaniel on the upper part of his ribs...that's not even near groin...
mcdaniel has really good ground control...
that was the worst body knee i've ever seen...i know there are probably better ones...but... man...he must've broken a rib or two...especially the way mcdaniels reacted...he couldn't even stand up...
Someone tell me what happened, because I didnt see either clear knee hit or punch.
Welur

Well come on man, people root for what they know. Would you piss and moan about people at a show in say Texas (this could be any state, I just picked one) rooting for a local fighter and booing his opponent from Oklahoma (or any other state, I just picked one a counterexample to Texas)? American crowds boo, at athletic events of all kinds as well as at concerts and so on. They will always find something to boo and something to cheer, and to get angry about it is just childish.
took one of those b4.. he didnt took it in the ribs, i took it right below his heart, and probably dislocated it a bit. worst case scenario he dies, best case scenario he lives.. what normally happens: he is going to need surgery. really rare shot but when it happens.. god help him.
Bubba is an awesome fighter....i have trained with him for about a year...what happened was the knee dislocated a couple of his top ribs...but when a knee like that compresses the chest against the heart for a split second and could possibly mess up up pretty bad but mainly just causes a severe pain and drops u...ne way thats what happened...but be on the look out for Bubba again....he was in total control until the knee..
