Anonymous said...: there are at times differences between pratical strength and just looking strong. For example, i was working on a construction site for a gym and one of the guys who looked like a total meat head and probably benched well over 250 could not even lift a wheelbarrow filled with cement, whereas i had no problem with it.....it's just different. so those farm kids who have been tossing hay their entire life just tend to be stronger than the guys who just go to the gym....thats just my oppinion; September 19, 2008 12:01 AM
