Ghrean said...: Melvin is at fault with that knee, but I also think the ref should intervened and made it clear that the knee should not have happed and either deduct a point, DQ him, or asked Kim Dae Won whether he wished to conitue or not.

The refs voice not only dictates the out come of the match, but the lives of the fighters as well.

There hasn't been any deaths in MMA due to the regulation of standard MMA rules that we know of and I hope it stays that way.; May 12, 2008 3:00 PM
Anonymous said...: the first knee to the back of the head crumbled Kim. that's more than clear on the video. the 2nd one was just gravy, along with the hammer fists. a very strong case can be made to overturn this decision to a NC or DQ, but the referee should've caught this infraction.; May 12, 2008 3:05 PM
