hughes is/was one of the best ever!!!
What I find interesting about this fight is how it appears that Frank just gives up at the end.
Notice how the 2nd to last RNC is applied and Frank easily uses two-hands-on-one to release Matt's grip...then when the same exact choke is applied two seconds later...Frank just immediately taps?!!
He's quickly losing oxygen to the brain. The first time he had the strength, but the strength goes quickly. He didn't have it in him to pull it off the second time maybe.
