Anonymous said...: Kimbo has fame because we all watched him come up on the internet. We all knew who he was before he was in the cage. Promoters just exploit name recognition so they can get paid. But that doesn't mean that Kimbo isn't legit. He trains as hard as Sean Sherk. He'll fight someone tougher when he has some more fights under his belt. And if you're gonna get mad about someone getting attention for nothing, get mad at Brock Lesnar. With a 1-0 record the UFC gave him a contract and paid him to fight a former UFC champ. Oh yeah, and paid Lesnar about 10 times as much and the former Champ. So what Lesnar has tons of wrestling victories. Kimbo has tons of bare knuckle victories. ...that would, at the very least, eliminate one of these over-hyped brawlers. Of course that won't happen for the aforementioned reasons by other posters - there's money to be made by promoting these poor excuses for MIXED MARTIAL ARTISTS.

I'd rather watch a Nick Diaz fight any day of the week...shit, I'd rather watch re-runs of Nick Diaz fights than hear the terms "hands the size of canned hams" or "street brawler" again.
