roids or not, I respect Sherk's training regiment alot more than Penn's. What kind of workout is running up a highway anyways?

If you've never seen Sherk's workout, you gotta watch the UFC all-access of him train. That man is a freak.

Sherk vs. Penn will be a great fight.

Any running is cardio work. Sherk runs too. Running up a mountain (like Penn was doing) increases resistance. I was actually glad to see Penn doing some cardio for a change. I'm also sure there is a little bit more to Penn's workout than these 2 little videos.

Also, if you take steroids, workouts are easier to accomplish. So no respect for the lay and prayer. I'll respect Sherk when I get to see what he can do with out the juice. And yes he is a freak.

While Sherk is a certainly a maniac in the gym you sound like an idiot saying things like that.

#1 All fighters do road work

#2 They were at 8000 feet going up hill. It works as altitude training.

#3 If you listened to Penn he said that was his "active rest" that means that is his day off.

So yeah you're kind of a dolt.

LOL, it looks like Penn is a little too... lazy? He runs up a highway which is cool and everything, but i hardly see much to the running, more breaks than anything, and he's running with a bunch of fatasses. I want BJ to win but its OBVIOUS that sherk has more discipline and a harder work ethic

If you listen to the video, BJ says that this is his "active rest." He's running miles up a continuous up hill climb, at high altitudes. High altitude long run and this is his "active rest"
