I had never seen this fight until somebody requested it, it is a great fight. This is the only video of it I could find, the quality is not very good, but its watchable. And its worth watching just for the ending.

Yeah, Marius is the best kept secret in MMA. The ending to that fight is fantastic. He just fought Ross Pointon on the last CAGE RAGE show and was responsible for that horrible cut Pointon had.
Ground game seems very basic? He was very active on top...I'd hardly call that basic. He stuffed a few good takedowns too...
He was never put on his back I dont know where these announcers are getting the idea that his ground game is basic.

There is a need for more quality organizations like cage rage to compete with ufc, bring more top fighters from around the world.
The Ufc being the only one serious organization is bad for the fighters (who don't get paid well because of it), bad for the fans and bad for the sport.
Monopoly is never good.
man, I love cage rage. def one of the better organizations. their production is good (except for the yellow mat yuck) and their attitude is perfect.

Like the announcer explained; he was not trying to pass the guard or improve his position.
He was happy just laying in the full guard and throwing little shots instead of trying to improve his position by trying to pass the guard, go for submissions or stand up in the guard to be able to throw bigger shots.
Wow, that was a great fight. Good job getting all these videos up this past week. The site is awesome. If you can find Chris Lytle vs. Robbie Lawler. I have wanted to see that fight since it was mentioned on TUF4.

What do you mean by that? Cage Rage is a top class competition.
Damn straight it's a top class cmopetition. If by "Top Class", you're talking about the UFC circuit, I would love to see either of these guys go a few rounds with anyone in their UFC weight class.

he got hurt by a kick and dropped his hands like "you can't hurt me"... next thing you know, BAM! lights out.
I wonder if one of these guys are gonna be in the new The Ultimate Fighter team UK. That would be awesome.
