damn, frank shammy used to be so good. too bad he wasted all these years sitting on his ass, instead of continuing to impress ass (especially mine).

wow, it's amazing how tito was dominating 95% of the fight ever since the start. but then samrock came back in the literal last minute and completely upset ortiz. crazy. what exactly did ortiz get ko'd/tap out from? pussy hammer fists to his big noggin? it doesn't matter, tito lost cause he was a pussy, and shamrock won b/c he had heart and perceveired.

I think Frank won that pretty conclusively with an excellent gameplan.

Real MMA - good stuff.

that arm bar attempt early in the fight was so nice.

Wow, Frank was impressive. Tito didn't control the fight the whole time, he only got takedowns. While they were down though, you could argue that Frank was in control. He controlled Tito and relaxed and waited for opportunities to get up. I would say that any fight of Ortiz is going to be sort of boring because he sprawls on people with his 80 pound head. When he punches it's good because he usually eats ten punches for each punch that he throws.

people on here dont appreciate how much MMA has changed since back then. The finish was great!

He did bring his elbow up clear over his head and bring it down with everything he had. A guy as ripped as Frank that would do some damage to the best of us. I didn't blame Tito for staying down...

The last 30 seconds of the fight were the best. Looking forward to seeing Frank Shamrock vs. Cung Le.
