Props to BJ, he finally has the title he has deserved for a looong time.

Sherk - Roids = BJ Win

Sherk's skills are mediocre at best. He is a boring GNP'er but without his Roids boost he does not have the skills to hang with BJ.

BJ's problem has always been his conditioning, if he can stay focused in the Gym he will dominate with his BJJ Skills and great stand up.

I think BJ would likely beat Sherk even with his Roids... but with out Sherk is a dead man..
