Rameau Thierry "The African Assassin" Sokoudjou was somebody I had never heard of before the Nogueira fight, I knew that coming into that fight he had just lost to Glover Teixeira so me and my friends were talking about what a massacre this fight would be in Nogueira's favor. Then we watch stunned as he knocks out one of the legendary chins of the Nogueira brothers. So I'm thinking wow what a lucky punch. Then only about a month and a half later he gets matched up with Ricardo Arona. So of course I'm thinking Ricardo will demolish this fluke, you know take him down with ease and hold him there or submit him. So I'm watching and telling all my friends how this is going to be an easy win for Arona, and of course he proceeds to KO Arona. So Sokoudjou is now in the UFC and he will face the undefeated Lyoto Machida at UFC 79, can he keep it going against top competition?

Unlike Alexander was, I bet this guy is the full package. Both fights were short, but in the Arona fight he showed some serious takedown D right at the beggining. This guy looks awesome. Can't wait to see more.

yeah, shows some devastating KO power. Think the fight between him and Machida is going to answer a lot of questions about both fighters. I'm taking Machida in true-to-his-style decision win.
Soko is a beast. He is a friggen judoka, did u see him throwin poor dan around in the other vid? the guy is wrestling with one of the best, he is the real deal. Only problem is he is going to fight machida =/ Machida is gonna dance around him like crazy and just wear soko out. Too bad to waste his UFC debut, but it will be one hell of a fight.
He's definitely not a fluke, bostriker is right. Although he's been knocking people out, Sokoudjou has mad Judo skills.

UFC owners do what they please to maintain their image good with US fighters, because they know the audience is mainly focus on american fighters. Another thing is that they seem to not like BLACK and ASIAN people ect.. the UFC manager is a sample of a faggot, can be recognized by looking at his eyes and face.
Every JAPANESE from pridefc that comes to ufc they try to put up against a tough non american fighter to make foreign fighters progress less, for exsample MACHIDA VS NAKAMURA, 2 top level fighters and a waste, why not put NAKAMURA against some of the cheap asses they have there ? no because they fix everything up to make 1 or the other out/ another RYO CHONAN VS PARISYAN, akihiro gono vs mcMtall guy.. is all making the impossible then to make the racist audience think their fighters are the best.
I dont pay a penny for UFC and i watch for some of the good fighters that sadly are in it, but mostly all the events are crap with all the schoolish retard boring ultimate gay fighters show they put on.

You think they hate non-Americans? How come Anderson Silva and Rodrigo Nogueira get title shots after only 1 other UFC fight when guys like Marquardt had been fighting much longer in the UFC? Affirmative action? No, it's called skill. Silva and Nogueira are both incredibly skilled fighters who deserve to fight the best every fight.
Chonan, Nakamura, and Gono aren't fighting the same way as A. Silva and Nogueira because they weren't known dominant in Cage Rage and PRIDE respectively. They simply aren't the top 10 threats that Silva and Nogueira always have been.
If you hate unified titles, America, and homosexuals, that's your own business. But don't try to pretend that UFC is gay and racist just because of your own illogical biases.
i don't understand your argument...gono beat mccrory...i'm not a ufc fan, but the fact of the matter is, you go into the ring/octagon and you have to win, period. good example..shogun v. griffin. i don't think shogun suffered any racism there, he was handed an opponent he probably should have beat but didn't.

Guys, I hate to admit it, but anonymous UFC basher is right.
Ever since the Pearl Harbor attack when Dana White hired ONLY heterosexual scientists to create the atomic bomb to drop on Japan, the UFC has had a history of hating specifically and only japanese fighters. It's so obvious...ask Randy.
Question: Hey UFC basher, would you say then that PRIDE had a slant (I guess I could have used "bias"...but why) towards Japanese fighters? And tell me again what country PRIDE took place in?
