This is Shogun's first non-Vale Tudo fight, a great fight that showcases Shogun's many skills. Careful the announcers are pretty bad.

Not that it's easy to take a punch from Shogun, but Wanderlei doesn't seem to have much of a chin. Looked like he had pretty good skill, but absolutely no chin. He went down really fast.
im surprised it took shogun so long to do anything.
-this C-level vandy guy couldn't finish off any of his submission chances

Shogun does have the skills. I was disapointed also with his UFC debut, but Griffin does train pretty god dam n hard! Light Heavy weight is jammed packed these days!
To be honest when you hear the word Wanderlei, you only think of one person....... The Axe Murderer!
i like how one of the announcers only says things like 'wow' and 'oh my'
