Clay Guida vs Tyson Griffin- Amazing Fight!

Wow, I got an email request for this fight and Im glad I did because I had forgotten how great it is. It seems every fight that Tyson Griffin is in is a war.

The Spiked Humor videos have been messing up lately but Im pretty sure they fixed everything now.

Don't get me wrong, I actually like Tyson Griffin.
But he's been preeeetty lucky with decisions, this being one of them (The other being his most recent fight)

Still, love watching the guy fight.

THATS what I like to see in a fight.

Hey Anderson, the meta tags are trick, it took me forever to figure out. Let me know your email because I cant post the tags here because blogger wont accept the HTML. Ill send you my meta tags.

Just replace my title, keywords and description with yours, then copy and paste in blogger at the edit html under layout.

Hope this helps

BULLSHIT!

Yes, that was a great fight.
No, Tyson didn't win...and here's why: When Clay outworks him 2 of 3 rounds, almost kneebars him, takes him down numerous times (so what if dude escapes...that fact that HE HAD TO ESCAPE came prior...Clay put him in that position)and basically controls him for the final minute raining down punches to end the fight... that should equal victory for Clay.

I'll tell you the two reasons why Tyson won:
(1) If The Natural corners you... you get extra credit
(2) Long hair disrupts the better judgement of some people

Guida won.
End of story.

So the meta tags are hard to figure out? Well submittexpress actually gives you a meta tag generator, but when i copyu and paste it in my html editor, it always says its imcomplete. And im not too sure WHERE EXACTLY to put it, that might be a problem too. WEll let me know. Thanks ALOT!

I think the decision was correct, because I believe Griffin won the 3rd round. Guida didn't really do anything in the end when he had something resembling position, and he definitely lost the stand-up in the beginning of the round. [I give round 1 to Griffin and 2 to Guida.]

watching this i think guida vs. huerta will probably be one of the best fights at ufc88

WTF is with the judging?

damn man

Actually I can see why they picked Tyson.

He won all standup exchanges.

Guida did have the majority of ground control but Tyson handled himself well and didn't just get completely controlled like how Sherk did to Franca.

I do think Guida won.. but I can still understand why they gave it to Tyson.

This is probably my favorite fight ever...wow!

hell of a fight! Guida should've won that fight... almost as bad a decision as the Hamill-Bisping fight. I think the poster above hit the nail on the head... having Couture in the corner was just enough extra credit to put tyson over the top. Guida is the best fighter with a losing record in his last 3 UFC fights (I think he's 1-2). I hope he sticks around for a long time.

I thought Clay won, at first, because the last moments really do ring loudest come decision time. But reading through the comments, I had to agree with those who said that Tyson was always in full control of the stand up, even though Clay DID get him down some times, Tyson had amazing take-down defense.

And even though Clay had a strong finish, Tyson didn't give the guy anything throughout 90% of the fight.

I can see where, to viewers, Clay can seem to have won but in closer analysis, it was Tyson.

Tyson won rds. 1&2. People seem to only remember the end or rounds and not the beginning. Ya Guida had a kneebar, and took his back, but that was the last half of the round. THe first half of round 2 griffin was beating the shit out of guida on the feet.

Guida was clearly robbed.

Everyone was surprised at the decision, especially Tyson.
