This is a video of Kyle Maynard, the high school wrestler with no arms and legs thats thinking about getting into MMA. Its a great story, but it would be hard to see him have any success in MMA, IMO.

If he is good on the ground then maybe he can when a few fights on the ground. I don't think he would go far though.
